Beautiful Historic Sim's Family Home
This home had been in the family since 1918. The owners were kind enough to let us stay and do an investigation. The home was built in 1908. There was antiques everywhere so we had to be very careful not to damage anything. There had been two deaths in the home in which we was not told untill after the investigation. One of our investigators did feel that someone had died in one of the rooms. We was getting cold spots all night long and when we used the dowsing rods they were just going berserk.We will post some pics of the Sim's family and some pics that we took during the investigation also. Some will be in our photo album.
Leonard Sim's born 1820 and died 1864 was wounded at the battle of Trevilian station Virginia 20th Ga regiment ( calvary) the family still has a letter that was written during the civil war. The other pic is the Sim's family.
